[GIMP] Vista Gloss

Simple.

1. Make an image.
2. Use the oval to select the place where you want the gloss.
3. Click > Layer > New Layer Click Ok
4. Select the Can tool and press this image that is above everything else ()
5. Windows > Dockable Dialogs > Layers. Then change the opacity to 50/55%, then press Ok.
6. You should be done! Now enjoy including gloss in your images.
